Technology, whether we like it or not, tapping into our lives. In a computer, the Internet, it seems to be impossible. Changing lives, changing school, and the teacher has to change. Gradually, the situation in which teachers teach and students listen and eventually teachers assess what students have learned, changing the situation where teachers become the students' learning and self-promoters, organizers of the learning process, and supervisors, as the teacher is no longer the sole source of information. Therefore, a teacher from the traditional teacher has become the student's advisor, learning organizer, advisor, mentor, inspiration. This is to teach the student to learn. It is a tough task master. Technology, when used properly, can help to increase students' motivation, to visualize material, to personalize content, access the latest information here and now, helps to respond to a variety of learning styles (one of the better remember reading, heard the other, and the third acting). This requires a teacher of ICT and their competence-based approaches.
